We need to login to Switches, Access Point and Wireless Controller and gather outlput of Show Tech-support Command from Global Configuration Mode.
- Open Putty Emulatore Software, type Device IP Address and select Telnet , click ok.
- Apply Login Credential and Hit Enter.
- From Enable mode (Switch#) type "Show Tech-support" command and Hit Enter.
- Take backup of Command Output.
- Output Obtain from Each switch, find out Average percentage of Memory and CPU Utilization for switch and Fill that data into Excel File Accordingly.
