Upgrade the firmware of Cyberoam

Step :1 Download Latest Firmware.

-Cyberoam displays an alert message (as shown below) on the dashboard whenever a newer Firmware is available for download.

Step :2 Upload and Boot Latest Firmware on Cyberoam.

-Go to System > Maintenance > Firmware and click to upload the firmware downloaded.-The Firmware Upgrade/Downgrade screen appears. Browse the downloaded file and click Upload & Boot.-Alternately, click Upload firmware if you want to simply upload the firmware and reboot later, at a convenient time. Later, to boot the Appliance with the downloaded firmware, go to System > Maintenance > Firmware and click to reboot.

Network Device Monthly Health Checkup

We need to login to Switches, Access Point and Wireless Controller and gather outlput of Show Tech-support Command from Global Configuration Mode.

•    Open Putty Emulatore Software,  type Device IP Address and select Telnet , click ok.  

• 

• Apply Login Credential and Hit Enter.

• From Enable mode (Switch#) type "Show Tech-support" command and Hit Enter.

• Take backup of Command Output.

• Output Obtain from Each switch,  find out Average percentage of Memory and CPU Utilization for switch and Fill that data into Excel File Accordingly.
